Part Time Hunter & Jumper Instructor Needed: Seeking motivated instructor to teach young and motivated students from Beginners to intermediate in the Hunter and Jumper disciplines. Dressage and/or Eventing Knowledge is an added plus, although not required. Candidates must possess knowledge of the "Show Setting" and be willing/able to handle most all aspects of this area. Instructor will be paid per lesson. This is a wonderful opportunity for an instructor starting out, or an instructor looking to relocate or looking for a change of scenery. Our barn is in a wonderful location, just 40 minutes from Winston Salem, 10 minutes from Mount Airy, 1 1/2 hours from Greensboro. Christian and friendly barn. No alcohol is allowed on premises. Part Time Summer camp Instructors Needed: Seeking hard-working, honest candidates to feed horses, mornings and/or nights, assist in teaching children of all ages and riding levels the fundamentals of riding, including but not limited to, tacking, grooming, leading, walking, posting trot, basic crossrails. Must be 15 yrs of age or older with prior horse experience.

Part Time Childcare Needed: Seeking child friendly, loving and patient female to care for at least 2 children ages 3 and 7 part time in afternoons, and daily during Summer Camp weeks. Individual must be comfortable in a horse setting and an "outdoorsy" type. Apartment on premise suitable for watching the children. Pay is $5 per hour or riding lessons.

Part Time Stable Hand Needed: Seeking hard-working, honest candidate to feed horses, mornings and/or nights, clean stalls, yard care, maintenance, etc. May be willing to trade for stall board. If interested, please email or call Beverly McGee at (336) 399-7099 or (336) 399-7214.

Volunteers Needed: Cardinal Stables and Cardinal Riding Academy offers many opportunities to those wishing to volunteer their time at our facility. All volunteers are welcome, however, it is not an easy job and requires getting dirty.

Riders Needed: We are currently in need of riders, ages 13 to adult with prior riding experience, capable of working with green horses or ponies. All horses at Cardinal Stables are of quiet temperaments and are safe. Horses need schooling and consistent exercise. We are in need of volunteers for this job or exchange for lessons or a lease on a horse on premise.
