Snickers 6yr Old, 14 h , Welsh x Quarter Pony Gelding
Snickers is an amazing pony Hunter prospect. "AA" Quality mover. Very fancy, talented pony. Nice scopey jump. Jumping 2'6" in the arena & in the Cross Country field. his pony is fun & talented. Snickers has the looks, movement & personality to be your next Pony Hunter Champion. Learns super fast. Bold and brave on trails leading, following or in the middle. Doesn't get spooky. He stands for the farrier and Vet. Trailers well. Crosses water, logs, etc. Great ground manners. He is sound and healthy Snickers is being offered to TRAINERS ONLY at this time due to a bad experience he had being mounted this past summer. He is very nervous when being mounted now . We have not had the time to work him through his issue, but are very confident that with patience and consistence he will glide right through and make a wonderful youth friendly pony as he was initially. We are offering trainers the opportunity to take Snickers on trial, see if they like him and want to work him though his issue and then make us a reasonable offer on him if they decide to keep him. we will not allow this pony to go to anyone intending him for a child to ride at this time. Nor will we allow a parent to take him planning on putting him in training and then for their child. Snickers must be taken in directly by a trainer for their assessment and project until he is worked through his mounting nervousness.
